Built by People Who Understand Commercial Construction.
Estimating support grounded in real subcontractor experience — not generic data entry.
Why We Exist
Go Build Estimates was founded to help specialty contractors manage increasing bid demands without sacrificing organization or scope review. Our approach is grounded in hands-on commercial construction estimating and project management experience, with a focus on metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and interior construction.
Specialty contractors rarely lose bids for lack of ability — they run out of estimating hours. Opportunities get declined, takeoffs get rushed, and scope review gets squeezed. We exist to add disciplined estimating capacity exactly when your team needs it.

Founder
Daniel Espinoza
Daniel’s background combines Industrial & Systems Engineering with commercial construction estimating and project management. That mix shapes how Go Build Estimates works: process-driven takeoffs, documented scope, and deliverables organized for the way estimating teams actually price work.
The focus has always been commercial interiors — cold-formed metal framing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, shaftwall, insulation, and the specialty scopes that live alongside them.
How We Work
Trade Experience First
Our perspective comes from commercial subcontracting — reading the same drawings, chasing the same addenda, and working the same bid deadlines you do.
Scope-Conscious Takeoffs
Quantities only help if the scope behind them is right. We document what's included, what's excluded, and what needs a closer look.
Organized Deliverables
Every takeoff and estimate is structured so your team can review it quickly, price it confidently, and reuse it during buyout.
Clear Communication
Questions get flagged early. Assumptions get written down. You always know where your estimate stands.
