A Simple Process, Built Around Bid Deadlines

From first document handoff to final deliverable, the process is designed to be predictable, organized, and easy to slot into your existing bid workflow.

  1. 01

    Send Your Project

Send drawings, specifications, addenda, bid dates, and desired scope.

Share documents however is easiest for your team — a file link from your plan room, cloud storage, or email. Tell us what scope you want covered and when the bid is due.

  2. 02

    We Review the Scope

We evaluate the requested services, project complexity, deliverables, and schedule, then confirm the engagement.

Before any work starts, you know exactly what we're covering, what we'll deliver, and when. If something in the documents affects the scope, we flag it up front.

  3. 03

We Prepare Your Takeoff or Estimate

Our estimating process follows documented scope requirements and agreed client standards.

Quantities are organized by assembly, area, and type to match how your team prices work. If you have templates, formats, or production rates we work within them.

  4. 04

    You Review & Submit

We deliver organized estimating information for your team to review, finalize, and use in its bidding process.

You stay in control of pricing decisions, markups, and the final proposal. We're available for clarifications as you finalize your bid.

Go Build Estimates provides estimating support. Final pricing, proposal approval, and bid submission remain the responsibility of the contracting company.
